Operating Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (After/before-hours, weekend, and holiday rates apply) Peak hours are 7am-12pm CST

Ambulatory Transportation Rates

• Weekday (7 AM – 5 PM): $25 – $35 per trip
• Weekend or After/Before-Hours: $37 – $52 per trip
• Holidays: $56 – $78 per trip

Wheelchair Transportation Rates (Coming Soon)

• Weekday (7 AM – 5 PM): $45 – $65 per trip
• Weekend or After/Before-Hours: $67 – $97 per trip
• Holidays: $101 – $146 per trip

Mileage Fees (Applies after Base Rate and after 2 miles)

• Weekday (7 AM – 5 PM): $3 – $5 per mile
• Weekend or After/Before-Hours: $5 – $7 per mile
• Holidays: $5 – $10 per mile

Additional Service Fees

• Wait Time: $15 – $30 per 30 minutes (15 minute grace period)
• Attendant Fee: $5 – $10 (maximum of 2 attendants per ride)

Subscription Plans

• 2 Rides per Week Plan: $190/week for two 10-mile round trips. Additional mileage beyond 20 miles charged at $2.85 per mile.
• 3 Rides per Week Plan: $290/week for three 10-mile round trips. Additional mileage beyond 30 miles charged at $2.85 per mile.
• 5 Rides per Week Plan: $490/week for five 10-mile round trips. Additional mileage beyond 50 miles charged at $2.85 per mile.

Terms & Conditions

All fares are subject to change based on distance, time, and accessibility requirements.
Trip cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup to avoid a cancellation fee.
All trips must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Last minute rides will require additional fees.
Wait time begins 15 minutes after the driver’s arrival.
Holiday rates apply on all major federal holidays.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Medicaid and private contracts may have different rate structures as required by program rules.
